yeah, she's playing word games - technically, it "may" not be from a dig site. It hasn't sold (yet) at her $600 asking price. I would think only a serious and knowledgeable collector would even consider paying $600 for any chip, so maybe she is targeting the wrong market ("unsophisticated or uneducated buyers") with her price range.
