Across the street from my store is the PO, so I walk in and go to the counter with all chips I mail. If the chip is replaceable and only worth a few dollars I will use a small white envelope and a cardboard from the coffee shop. I have been charged all prices from 44 cents and up. I have never had one returned or damaged.
