I wouldn't mess with a chip having a $7 value by trying to glue it back together, especially if the seller will replace it or refund you... It'll never look like it did in its original state and you will not be happy with it... I've seen too many of these 'glued-up' chips, and believe me, most collectors are turned off by them...
