Why the high cost of the new rack???????

We went to the casino this morning at 9am and we could have gotten all of the $1 and $5 chips we wanted, but they were from the tables.

We were told to come back after 11am and we could get the brand new chips (never on the tables) from $1 to $100, which we did - no problems at all.

This was from the cashiers cage, not from the tables.
