Just wanted to let anybody who thinks they are buying rare chips that there are plenty. I did notice the ebay seller uses the same picture in all his auctions. (so are they buying warped chips?) I have spent some time sorting through some of the chips. About one out of every 20 or 30 has a very slight of no warping. If you look at my ebay listing, the bucket full are the "discards" of some of my sorting. The rows in the foreground on the table are the better ones. The background rows and another bag are not sorted yet. Going to take some time to see how many decent chips I have for all of you. Most all of the centers have some yellowing. Will sell them through the chipboard and not ebay. Still working on a reasonable price.
I am very dissapointed with the ebay seller Hanifin antiques in Carson City. He knows what rare is and how many chips he has. I'm not against a guy making a profit, but check out all the completed sales with the wording rare and hard to get. He also says only 4 -6 available with buy-it now. Then relists again and again. I did notice after my listing he has taken off the word rare. Will let you know when I have time to sell some of the better ones.
