I picked up this bone chip/token on ebay several years ago. Diameter is 1 inch.

I can't speak to its legitmacy but the symbols on the front and back are for Yale's secret society the Skull and Bones (The Bushes and John Kerry were members)
Lux et Veritas means light and truth.
