Dennis - I think the seller is trying to dodge the selling fees. Let's say you buy the chips for 99¢ + $200 S&H. Seller thinks all he has to do is pay the fee on the 99¢ sale price and little on the actual sale price.

I think is wise to this, and it won't work.

When I see a seller try to pull this off, it makes me wonder about the the entire transaction.
