I have a Dell Inspiron 1440 Laptop/Notebook... I bought this on July 25th 2011 for my daughter for school. She simply does not like the color of blue it is....UGHHH.....I will put on a copy of Micorsoft Office Enterprise which contains, Office word, power point, Access, Escel, groove, info path, one note, outlook, and publisher. (that alone can cost over $200)

It has a long life battery (9 cell which is the biggest made). Below I will list the specs and details.

This unit has never been fired up yet......I will to cehck it out and install the Microsoft Word Program if you like, or you may and I will send you the Microsoft Word Enterprise on a Disc for you to install.

I bought this from Dell who will sells items that they will not ship out do to scratches etc....They put on a refurbished label on their scrtch and dent items (has no dents) and then sell them at a great discount. This comes with a one year Dell Factory warranty (exactly like new Dells have) adn that expires July 25th 2012. Basically it is a way for Dell to sell items that were scratched during manufacturing.

I have owned several Dell refurbished factory units and have yet to have any problems...Basically they are new units that cannot be sold as new because of the blemishes on them.

This has some light scratches on the cover and around the screen (screen is PERFECT)..Believe me when I tell you these scratches are much less that what a person will get just from normal use.

It is one helluva buy at that price and being a proud member of CC GTCC I stand behind this unit Im not trying to be a salesman here but it is ONE HECK OF A GOOD DEAL and I would much rather sell to a member here than on fleaby to save on fees and ebay headaches.

I encourage you to do some checking to see that a new one with these specs would cost around the $600 mark.
