The sticker on the chip is from the above.
I have one of their hub molds "OPSE" hot stamp and same re-stickered on obverse.
There are also hubs with "FAS" - "PLAY" - and "SAL" hot stamps restickered the same. Hubs made in 1938.

The sticker will mpeel off. Not sure what is under it, on the diamond mold.
