Alas, I have over-bought and now need to play catch-up!! (Still!!!)
This weekend I plan to put up a few items here on TheChipBoard in an effort to payback a few outstanding debts! If you see something you would like to own, just post a reply message, or simply send me an email ( Jim@GamingOre.com ). I can accept PayPal (fees have already been calculated into the selling price) as well as snail mail payment. The price includes shipping/handling to a US address, but there will be a slight add-on for shipping outside the US.
Offer IV is a surprise repeat of an offer from last April. At least a surprise to me! Last April I went to a local Antique Faire here in Tucson where Tucson Smitty opted out! At that event, I came across a vendor that had a few antique poker chips (both engraved and embossed from USPCC) and 2 red, Harp mold, $1 Los Angeles Club chips from the illegal, Los Angeles Club of E. St. Louis, IL. Well, Smitty missed out and I sold my duplicate here on TheChipBoard at $20.
Well, that Antique Faire is conducted the 1st Sunday of each month, and as before, Smitty again opted out (today) and the same vendor had added some more chips to his bowl. Among the 20 or so embossed jockey chips and "Full House" engraved chips, I found this additional red, $1 Los Angeles Club chip. It is slightly better condition than the other one I sold in April for $20, but I will hold the same price:
$20
I've super-imposed the chip scans to the Taylor and Co. record card and highlighted (in yellow) the order notation for this chip, however, the composite image is a bit small, so here is a better scan of both sides of the chip offered.
As always, first come, first served!
Thanks for looking!
Jim
