It was a Gentlemen's Club here in Las Vegas several years back.

I remember they used the logo on the chip as their sign and it was obviously a take off of the movie with Demi Moore.
I believe it became a strip club named Eden that didn't last long.
Now I believe it is a gay club called The Secret.
So, now you know.
