It is exciting to see everyone's weekend findings post so figured I would do my small find also.

I had asked advice 5-6 weeks ago about yard sales & antique stores finds on the east coast. And whether I had a chance finding anything. Well about 2 weekends of yard sales and 30 antique stores later I have my first Vegas findings. I hope I linked the pics correctly so you can see my score. It was not chips but it was a start. 6 ashtrays, 2 matchbooks & a nice looking plate.

Thanks for the advice everyone, as you were right. You never know where you will find something. And I have been laughed at in more than one fancy antique store and have had a ton of "oh, I had some of those but sold them" response. But I had not given up and stumbled upon an antique store while in WV this weekend. Had tons of smaller items and took me and wife 2 hours to poke through all the goodies but were happy with the findings. Not the rare stuff but nice additions none the less.

If anyone if interested in any of the items please email me as I am not planning on getting into ashtray collecting (for now) but will hold onto them if no one is interested. Just wanted to get them in a good home. Willing to sale or trade for Vegas chips. And there should be a link to single pictures of items below this photo.
