approved for Caesars Entertainment. The 550-foot observation "wheel" will be located on the East side of Imperial Palace and Flamingo casinos. The overall project ($500M) will link IP and Flamingo with a retail area and is being called "Linq".

Construction begins this month! This story also speaks of another observation "wheel" across the Strip from Mandalay Bay. A 500-foot "wheel" right there at the edge of McCarran Airport!
