I searched on "Casinos de Venezuela" and on page 3 I found a refernce from the Caribbean Chip Guide, which is accessible through the ChipGuide links on this page (ChipGuide, Other Guides, Caribbean Chip Guide, Venezuela, Casinos de Venezuela.

All the chips in the auction are listed and there is a notation that the casino never opened. It is interesting to note that the provided images on the Guide are also from the seller "Tahoe Chips".
