Ran across a new one that the postal service threw at me yesterday. I always mail chips in a 4" x 7" bubble mailer and for my ebay sales I always use delivery confirmation. I've never had a problem until yesterday when I was told since the envelope was not 3/4" thick I could no longer use delivery confirmation. Getting nowhere with my arguments I was then asked if the mailer could be bent. I said no. I was then told since the mailer could not be bent they would stamp do not bend on it and then it was OK to use delivery confirmation. Do they keep the people that write postal regulations in a padded room somewhere.
