I don't sell many chips, but have purchased quite a few. I have NEVER purchased new a bubble mailers. Everyone I currently have is used, I call it being thrifty. I have never had a problem using them. If you offered a refund, I don't see what the fuss is all about. Had my mailer come apart on a chip I sold to someone, new or used, I would have offered a refund also. On high $$$ chip, (I have never sold one but have purchased a few) I would demand insurance, in case something of this nature occured. Again, the mailer could have arrived opened and empty, and being a new or used bubble mailer would have nothing to do with the end result.
