I think if you reread his response you'll see he quoted a value on the "CEP" material and not Monte-Carlo chips.
Your posts sound as if you were told M-C chips are worth $5-$10 each; and you're asking readers to sell you M-C chips at that level... which is not the case.
The "CEP" chips have not been ID'd as MONACO in case you misunderstood the thread.
There are M-C chips that look resemble "CEP" chips due to the filigreed overlay, but that doesn't mean M-C chips with filigreed overlays are worth what the "CEP" chips are worth.
I have no idea what the "CEP" chips are worth.
