Seymour Coded PC-FB BLACK HEART Crest & Seal antique chips. This BLACK HEART Crest & Seal chip is an Antique chip that I have needed for my Antique chip collection. I was thrilled to find a few of them available at the 2011 convention. I have not touched these chips as far as cleaning & they will clean up very nice. They have only minor "flea bite" nicks, no major problems, and they will will clean up quite nice!
