Not my auction and I am not familiar with the seller, but it looks like a pretty standard felt from a CRAPS Table. I would gues that the dimensions are 7 feet by 16 feet and not inches as he stated. In the fifties Bennie Binion went to jail for a couple of years and the Horseshoe took on Joe W. Brown's name for that short time until Bennie returned. This appears to be a felt from that time period. As to its authenticity I cannot say.
