I was actually referring to a much more recent instance in which one of my regular customers was, lets say, 'taken advantage of', but refuses to make a claim. He is not a bb reader. The amount in question was over $1,000. I believe he may be considering legal action. I was merely after your view. I stated mine, I cant understand why you can't state yours.
Here is another all too common scenario that once again I am being asked advice on - a seller attributes chips as being from a certain place based on the knowledge he has at the time, and thus they are considered desirable and sell for a fair price.
A couple of weeks later, information comes to light that the attribution is wrong and the chips are close to worthless. Seller refuses to refund?
