No David; I don't think it breached the code of ethics since the chip was not being offered for sale without full disclosure.

What are your thoughts on that subject David? Seems to me that would be up to the club's Claims Director to decide in the event a club member filed charges. On the other hand, I don't see any requirements that make such disclosure mandatory ... otherwise every dealer who has a table at the convention would have to disclose how many of a particular chip he/she had for sale.
