These Paulson H&C chips were made for a casino "cruise to nowhere" ship that was to sail out of NYC. The chips were made, but the gambling license was never granted, so the chips were eventually sold on the open market.

There are two $25 chips shown. The $25 chip on the top is from the "primary" rack, and the $25 below is from the "secondary" rack. The small * shown on the "5" of the "$25s" is a security dot to discourage counterfeits.
