The 'please read' is not an icon. It is built in to the software to automatically appear if I make a post while logged in as the administrator. Even I cant control it Im afraid. (The default actually read "ADMIN" but I overwrote the image with the 'please read' just as Greg did in the past.
I prefer to reserve that for special needs.

I'm all for the use of icons though if it draws attention to things, or helps people identify which posts they want to read or skip.

There is also a very neat new feature currently being developed in the software which I tested today. Possibly the best thing yet.
