Nice chip, but common and no great value. Most collectors who would want it, have it already. I'd say a fair price is $20 or so. It is made of "French Ivory," which is a plastic mainly. Internet search:
French Ivory: A plastic produced to simulate ivory. It was first produced by the Xylonite Company in 1866. Other names include Celluloid, Ivoride, Ivorine, Ivorite and Pyralin.. ... "French Ivory" is synthetic (imitation) ivory. It is molded from plastics (like celluloid) and is also called Ivoride, Ivorine, and "Genuine French Ivory."
The metal part is a silver filigreed overlay (as opposed to inlay) One of them, pictured above in this thread, says SCI interlaced, which stands for "International Sporting Club," one of the casinos in Monaco..
