These are/were video lottery casinos - they sprung up when the South Dakota Lottery allowed the placement of video poker and keno machines. North Sioux City originally had maybe 10 to 15 small video lottery casinos, many have closed since. Basically to make money each of these places divided up their building with many entrances so they could have more machines. I believe the limit is 10 machines per address. So no chips.
