between what "Harvesting" and "Stealing" is.

To some people its the same, to Others its completely different.

I can tell you that when people sign up to play in our Private members only tournament and
1) They are told not to take any chips verbally as well as being posted on the web site and the magazine
2) We promise the Spouth Point (Our Hosts) that no chips will be missing
3) The tournament ends and 2 chips are missing

THAT is stealing.
