I think the seller more than exaggerated the description-

"The Famous "S" door handles to the entrance's is known to be the #1 noteable fixture in the entire casino.

These door handles are the ORIGINAL fixtures from the first day this famous casino opened its doors in 1952."

Seeing how none of the doors they came off existed in 1952, nor did they have that many entrances then, it seems impossible to call them 1952 originals..... The oldest possible doors they might have come from are the Tunis tower doors, but even that was built 1959.
