...I have managed to get to the convention twice, and would love to come again but only when school is out as we come as a family - the convention is just an added bonus for me if it falls right. Unfortunately that means late July to first week of September for me and so I would prefer right in the middle of summer

My real request would be not to have the convention at the same time every year but to move it about - may not always work for me, or everyone else, but it would mean that people who work, have familes etc would be able to come to some, if not all, conventions.

As I've said before, I'll definitely be coming aagin, whatever the date, when my daughter starts going on holiday alone although if I'm honest I kinda prefer that she'd always want to come on holiday with her mum and dad - family still trumps chips any time
