Doug... your statement about a big loss could be the end to the club as we know it (i.e. Convention, Magazine) got me thinking of ways to save money.

Could there be a way to .pdf the club magazine. This could be an option for members to take an electronic version of the club mag. .pdf files can be have passwords - to avoid the mag being shared. To help make the electronic version of the magazine popular with members; have the electronic version come out 1 to 2 weeks before the paper copy of the magazine is mailed out.

Just a suggestion.
