Nevada State law say's. "Chips belong to the issuing casino."

Just remember that if all chips belong to the casino then it does not matter whether it is NCV, roulette or cash value chip if you leave the casino with it according to some people you are stealing.

If someone walked up to a craps table and bought a $5000 chip and walked out the door with it and I brought him back in the casino and said I caught him stealing one of your $5000 chips and he must return it. Would they thank me for catching this criminal?

Thousands and thousands of chips have been paid for and taken from NV casinos. Can anyone name one case where the casinos prosecuted and won.
