You can ask Bud - I seem to recall he said he helped remove them. Even the one on eBay says the following:

"I was advised that this plaque was one of many that served as a door pull on the plate glass entrance doors at the the Sundowner Hotel and Casino"

They did have the big plate glass doors around the place but the last time I was there was many years ago and I don't remember any details. The hardware on the back has been removed so its hard to tell.
