Have a question for you -- let's say that
In Response To: "Harvesting" v. "Obtaining" ()

that the South Point poker room manager gave the winner of our tournament a set of the tournament chips to this year's winner. Seems perfectly fine, except that Nevada law still states that the chips are property of the casino -- what do you do then, who do they really belong to? This scenario is not as far-fetched as you might think. Who is right, who is wrong and who's chips are they?
