I dont see anything in the code of ethics that specifically outlaws or condones 'harvesting' or whatever you want to call it per se.
However, in the particular recent instance, I have a problem with whoever it was violating 2.

I suppose a casino could file a claim under the COE against a member, but I dont think it has ever happened and I doubt it ever will.
If it did, then we would address it as required.
