break gaming laws themselvs. I have seen many casinos that have closed, and are required in Nevada to destroy all remaining chips, turn around after the redeeming period, and sell chips to collectors for a profit, Also, owners have kept racks after closure and years later sold for profit as rare, a few at a time. So, Casinos aren't a church, with have values, they often get away with a lot of clever actions to improve the bottom line, thats OK they are in business to make prifts under the law, but I don'r have a lot of respect for some operations. Therefore, some of us condider harvesting for collecting, is quite different than harvesting to cheat in a future game. Many casinos have been caught cheating the public, ie setting slots computer chip above gaming control limits, and other clever way's to beat the customer %. 6/5 on a blackjack table is wrong, as it always was 3/2 for a hundred years. I think more thin line, clever new games with improper odds are out there. So as a result, most gamblers have lost a lot of trust in some casinos. Therefore harvesting for collecting, can be forgiven. But, not high demon. at a club event when you enter the tour. you pledge not to harvest any chips. Maybe, we should have members sign an agreement, that if they harvest, they will be kicked out of our club. and ask other players to watch for any harvesting, and have good camera coverage.
