That is actually not correct. It travelled between all three places. I was on the first cruise out of Burlington. As I recall, it split time between Burlington and Fort Madison in the summer and was docked in Keokuk during the winter. It was only open from May of 1991 to July 4th 1992. It left Burlington on July 5th 1992 for Biloxi. It left because there was a $200 loss limit on the Iowa Riverboats.
