The TCR attributes these as roulette chips used at Harrah's Reno. They list five colors but I have only seen the red ones, though a yellow did sell on eBay several years ago. I suppose they could have been used at the Clover Club and then again later in Reno. It wouldn't be the only time chips moved from California to Nevada. Bill Harrah was a frugal man, maybe Goldie made him an offer he couldn't refuse . Thanks for all the great posts!!
