Brent & Todd,
Are you familiar with the book titled "Nevada: Official Bicentennial Book"? Hardback book published in 1976 (duh!), edited by Stanley Paher and copyright by State of Nevada. It's a 528-page book with various articles and recollections about Nevada, published as a bicentennial project by the state.
The coolest thing is a number of ads for the casinos of the time. Also has a picture of a Sahara baccarat table with the Sahara plaques visible on the table & in the dealer's rack.
If it would be helpful to fill out the article, I could loan the book to Todd. He's not too far from me (in San Diego area); I'm in Orange County.
