Thank You Allen for actually calling them and not assuming as many have done. There is nothing wrong with "personal/payment owed" in trading and buying on the chip board as long as you said it is not with a business. Some interpret the PayPal rules and think it is and that couldn't be further from the facts. Again thanks for clearing this up.
