because this is such a serious situation and the Club wishing to continue their good relationship with the host South Point, and because it can be quite correctly determined that 4 tables were still in the game when the largest denomination chips came into play .....
And because not all Club members read the ChipBoard ....
To fairly mass-email all players (Club members) that were playing at the final 4 tables with the request to return the chips to Jim Follis or another member (if they happen to have harvested those chips).
If nothing else, it ensures that all who were playing at the tables has been informed of the seriousness of this situation (as it could be possible that the member did not know how serious this action was) and hopefully get the desired results of getting the chips returned to the South Point.
