Rich -- Only Plain mold Issue in last "Chip Price Guide" is a 3rd Issue Navy Roulette with a Round Blue Inlay w/ Starburst picture like the 4th, 5th & 6th Issues. This would be different from Purple star to the left you show on your chips. This 3rd Issue is R-9 and priced at $100/150/200. No mentioned of your Plain mold RLT chips in the "TCR 10th".
