I thought you were selling, not buying.
The answer if you are buying is pretty simple, what it's worth to you and if you don't know Caribbean chip values, I have to ask why you would want to buy a lot like this not knowing much about the chips and values? If you are buying as a collector, it is easy because you have a price in your mind what they are worth. If you are buying to resell or as a dealer, then it's something completely different.

The lot if sold piece by piece is probably worth at least a few hundred.
$300 or more?
maybe even $500
