Interesting and thanks for sharing Howard. The "Dick" name on the chip was the mystery.
The name Richard L. Chartrand brings up 380 F.2d 97: Richard L. Chartrand, Appellant, v. Barney's Club, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, Appellee and it would appear that Sharkey was not the only suspect in the bombing. http://law.justia.com/cases/federal/appellate-courts/F2/380/97/314906/

I know only from stories told here on The Chip Board that Sharkey was a real character and he was well known by some of our club members. It is this type of chip history that really facinates me and keeps me coming back for more. I would like to hear some more Sharkey stories.
