I don't think so, Chuck. James lists the chip with no inserts. I got the one you show recently in a lot of chips on eBay. It is certainly very rare. James' description could be wrong, though, as he doesn't list a LGCRWN 2.50 with the orange inserts that you show.

I did see another of the Riverside gold chips with orange inserts at the convention last year, so it is not "unique".
