Not really as all the chips I have seen from China
In Response To: Very similar to the Spinetti's "Tangiers" chips ()

seem to have a "Pebbled" look to the finish.

The surface on the Horse chips are smooth and dont look like that.

I am not saying that they are not from China, but to me they dont appear to be the same type.
