Don, I cant say for sure although it does look
In Response To: Do you think the horse chip is by Reliable? ()

to me like a Reliable core.

It has the same heft and feel of the other reliables I have and not like the others you mentioned.

I have actually seen Reliables with a similar horse on it, but this horse is slightly larger and the inserts are different than the other samples.

Very similar to the Spinetti's "Tangiers" chips
Not really as all the chips I have seen from China
