The SSOTY for 2000 was a Ceasars Palace issued strike, but we have yet to have $25 chip be a COTY. I believe we came close with the $25 Hooters chip out of Atlantic City and then with a $25 Halloween, also out of Atlantic City. Both were versions with lenticular inlays. Well, perhaps one year it will happen.
