RECEIVING SHIPMENTS OF CHIPS

It is common courtesy when you are trading with fellow chippers, or buying from a chip collector or dealer; to let the person you received chips from know that you received them. That should happen the day you open your shipment and verify its contents.
Sometimes, we all forget. Sometimes we are just learning about this crazy hobby.
