Hi Jim- I remember seeing one about 4 years ago and I was told it was from San Francisco, CA in the late 1950s. It was the same small crowm and hot stamp. It was a clean one with no overstamp. I do not know if it was IDed by TR King or not. The individual who showed me the chip is very reliable. Stu
