Great Debby! thank you for your information. It is just useful to know that the casino was opened to public, otherwise i count it like those Tinian casinos, or President new yorker.. for me they are the chips that were made for casinos, but casinos never used them..
The next question is why the chips that i see on the net are in uncirculated condition... i have never seen a used Samarina chip.
And it is strange that after searching by separate words Samarina, quito, ecuador... nothing comes up... that could justify that Casino Samarina existed and has been open. I do believe your words that it was (according the TGT (i still do not know how to find that information)...
