If I trade or ship to someone I know I reuse and envelope. If it is a sale and I charge a fee I use a new envelope. If I am sending a personal or cheap replaceable chip I use a business envelope and put the chip inside a cardboard meant to go around coffee cups. That cost 64 cents even though last week one cost 44 cent, which surprised me as well.
